The sessions would be conducted online and offline as mutually decided by the mentee and mentor. 

The mentors would be HRs and industry experts for the domain of your choice. The mentors would vary from business heads, CXOs and MDs, depending on the requirement of the individual 

Yes. You will definitely have a say in the choice of the mentor. You can even choose more than one mentor if need be. The mentor too would have a choice to accept a mentee.

This is not a certification based programme. There would be no certification at the end of the programme.
