Vikas Sunkad
Vikas is the Founder & CEO of SunJosho Ventures, established in early 2024, with a clear goal: “help startups scale profitably and sustainably.” Through SunJosho’s ‘Venture Acceleration Model,’ he supports startups in solving key challenges like product-market fit and execution gaps, increasing their chances of success.
His entrepreneurial journey began at 10Club, a VC-backed startup, where he played a key role in scaling the company. Starting as Partner Supply Chain in 2021, he became COO in 2022, focusing on growth and profitability until 2023.
Before this, Vikas spent 16 years at Coca-Cola India (2005-2021), rising from a frontline sales leader to Vice President of India’s largest region. He excelled in sales, strategy, innovation, and P&L management. Prior to that, he held a regional supply chain role at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (2003-2005), achieving major logistics savings and improved inventory turnover.
Vikas started his career at Britannia Industries (1997-2003), where he led key supply chain projects like central planning, SAP implementation, and cost optimization initiatives.
He has been part of major global projects, including launching Coke Zero in Australia (2006) and the Global Execution Framework in Brazil (2011). As part of the Asia Pacific Franchise Leadership Team (2018-19), he gained deep global insights.
In India, his extensive market exposure has given him a strong grasp of Route to Market strategies across different states. Vikas also has a solid understanding of technology in business, having led initiatives in ERP, sales automation, data analytics, and warehouse management.
