Ashish Pisharodi

With about 30 years of industry experience, Ashish is currently an External Advisor at Bain & Company, where he advises Bain teams engaged by clients across various sectors. He is also an executive coach. His purpose is ‘To give wings to dreams by challenging limits, enabling purposeful action and mentoring talents to reach their full potential.’ Previously, he was the Managing Director and VP of Mondelēz International in the Philippines, where he led transformational growth, delivering strong results for the business and for the people. His prior stints in India were with Kraft Foods – Cadbury, Pepsico and Asian Paints.
