Leadership development programme for sales professionals
Sales to CEO is a program developed by HPCP which is a sister concern of ACH Management Consultants. This programme is a 14-week long initiative tailored for sales professionals under the age of 35 in consumer-facing industries focusing on developing attributes in that will help participants become effective sales leaders in the present and CEOs of future.

Program Structure
- Phase I : Includes case studies, pop quizzes, training sessions to develop essential skills and live sessions with CEOs/MDs to gain insights from successful leadership journey
- Phase II : Involves presentation submissions for evaluation and shortlisted candidates will undergo sessions with mentors
- Phase III : Shortlisted candidates undergo a panel interview with industry experts
- Phase IV : Selected few will be given a recognition certificate and will be eligible for one-on-one mentorship from CEOs/MDs

- Recommended, referenced candidates need to submit letter of recommendation by current/former managers
