It focuses on developing sales excellence, personal effectiveness, team building, business strategy, etc. through masterclasses and 360-degree feedback, preparing participants to become effective sales leaders and future CEOs. The program emphasizes on practical learning through panel discussions with CEOs and comprehensive skill development through real-world case studies. Top candidates excelling in the journey will be eligible for recognition, & mentorship from CEOs, aimed at grooming the next generation of industry leaders.

Program Structure
- Phase I : Includes case studies, pop quizzes, training sessions to develop essential skills and live sessions with CEOs/MDs to gain insights from successful leadership journey
- Phase II : Involves presentation submissions for evaluation and shortlisted candidates will undergo sessions with mentors
- Phase III : Shortlisted candidates undergo a panel interview with industry experts
- Phase IV : Selected few will be given a recognition certificate and will be eligible for one-on-one mentorship from CEOs/MDs
