Rajesh is a nurturing and transformative leader with a proven track record of 30 years of driving business and people growth. He has worked for companies like Reckitt, Marico, Pepsico, Hindustan Times and Perfetti van melle, where he has held senior leadership roles in Marketing, Business Transformation and General Management.

Rajesh’s last role was that of Managing Director for Perfetti van Melle India from 2018-2023, where he led a winning team to double the topline in 5 years with double-digit profitability. He was awarded the Economic Times Inspiring CEO Award in 2022 and the ET Ascent CEO of the Year Award in 2023.

Rajesh strikes a good balance between strategic thinking and operational excellence and can effectively manage complexities to deliver consistent results with both speed and impact. His personal mission statement is “to positively impact and inspire people around me”. He has successfully recruited and mentored talent over the years both within and outside his organization.

Apart from his work, Rajesh has several passions including coaching, yoga, photography, travel, trekking- these help him lead a holistic, well-balanced life. He has been on treks to Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Base Camp and Mt. Kilimanjaro. Rajesh is also the co-founder of a non-profit, “My Daughter is Precious”- to support the graduation of deserving girls- so far they have supported over 70 girls.

Rajesh is an ICF Certified Coach [ACC] and he is currently on his PCC journey. He has over 200 hours of formal coaching experience and over 10 years of informal coaching experience. He helps senior leaders to unleash their full potential leading to personal and organizational growth. He has coached people from diverse industries including FMCG, Energy, Services, Pharmaceuticals and Infrastructure across India, UK, Netherlands and Singapore. Rajesh has also been a mentor with BD Foundation for the last 8 years helping women in mid to senior management to grow in their careers.
