Ravindra is the co-founder / Managing Partner for Arambh Business Solutions LLP – a boutique consulting firm, established in late 2020. He has more than 4 decades of experience in financial services & consulting; then global chemicals and leadership consulting. Ravindra has worked with leading global organizations like Korn Ferry International, Ciba Specialty Chemicals (erstwhile Ciba-Geigy), A F Ferguson (Management Consulting) and HDFC Limited.

Ravindra has completed his Bachelors in Commerce / Accounting and a Masters in Management Studies (Finance) from SPJIMR, University of Mumbai. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India for more than three decades.

His major specialization fields are automotive, process industry and chemicals; and minor interest areas are Infrastructure/EPC and education. Ravindra comes with a wide spectrum experience as he has played important roles in functions like sales / business development, regional and global business unit leadership, systems project design and implementation, training and development.
Ravindra is passionate about teaching, coaching, training and conducting development programs; and keeps a strong connect with his alma mater and a few business schools in Mumbai and overseas.
